There will be Linux without GUI, it is proven by production systems. Nowadays browsers are enough to have app online. Will there be macOS without GUI? No because there is no Apple in tech. No real economic model of Linux? If there is no Linux, there even not be macOS, watchOS, iOS, iPadOS because they are based on Linux :D I can understand that you are an Apple fanboy, it is OK, but if you bend the reality, I will respond.
