There is not certain reason for it to be honest but I like iAWriter’s design better than Quiver — I like minimalism, and try to use less producs as much as possible. I don’t want to write articles with Quiver but it is very good for coding note taking. I can do both with iAWriter and focus option is very good for me while writing long articles. I also like white background with only numbers and date as watch because when I look at, it makes me feel good, not cluttered and joyful. iAWriter interface is same like watch so I like to use it, that’s the main reason.

I also published this article more than a year ago and currently, I am using Bear Notes for everything but still missing Evernote’s OCR functionality for search and document scanning.
